The ordering process:

1. Creation of a digital sample based on the data and information provided. This may take a few days. We usually send it in the evening.

2. All minor errors and changes must be reported. We only correct the errors that are communicated to us. This is important information, so please report anything you want to change. We do not override your decisions.

3. After approving the digital sample, we will produce one copy and send you a photo of it.

4. If you also approve this,
   you will receive a link through which you can start your order.

5. After payment, no changes are possible. Cancellation is excluded.
